Colorado is going to get a train run on them in the Big 12.

Cats are +2100 for hoops conference champs. I dabbled a bit.

I put a little on a Catsketball natty +6000

Also, rumblings that Grand Canyon could be this year's Cinderella team in the tourney.  I put $10 on them at +40000.  Not going to win it obviously, but should present a nice cash out option if they make a decent run.

I think the Avery Johnson anytime TD dream is officially dead you guys

He just scored a touchdown on Saturday.

Not an anytime TD though.......passing TDs don't count.

Friends, I spent over 2 enraging hours last night getting irrationally angry trying to find and book some flights, so basically the same cycle for every non Southwest Air trip I take. Anyhoo, I finally got it all entered in the Chase portal and I bet you guys know what happened next.....yep, sorry can't be booked please call.  :curse: :curse: :curse:
Its fine though, the nice lady said its a known issue so that helps. I'd seriously rather let everyone one of you punch me in the balls than do this. end rant.

now for my question, after spending another hour on the phone telling the nice lady all of the exact same info I had already spent way too much time entering myself, I got it booked. However, I discovered that my connection appears pretty tight. I think we have discussed this here at some point, but how screwed am I with a 45 minute connection in Atlanta? It was basically my only option so I'm not sure I have a reasonable choice. I've been to Atlanta and know that my gates could be 17 feet or 17 miles a part. Should I roll with it (i probably have to) or would you look for any other option? Thanks

Jesus guys. Am I there only person on this board who won a bet today?

I've had a good weekend.  Healed me up from the rest of the season.

Big D Sinnot is +215 over .5 rec TDS.  Gonna hop on that for sure.  Feel like our boy is healthy and ready to ball out
Guys . . . !

This was my only bet on the Cats game today.  Very nice.

I can get behind that.

Those Mizzou and Ole Miss bets are going to bite you in the ass.

Avery anytime touchdown against Baylor HAS to hit, doesn't it?

I believe it does, yes.

Who is on the cats moneyline this weekend?

I absolutely want to have drinks with Bananaeater at some point.

Treshaun Ward - Anytime TD
Donovan Smith - 225+ passing
DJamer Giddens - 50+ rushing
Both teams to score 15+

It's not much but it's +160 and if you use Draft Kings you can probably boost it by 50%.  Too much variance at the KSU QB position right now to bet any other props.

When I feel like 'canning it up, Taco Tico is my go to.

There should be some sort of mythbusters or something to figure out what the beef/meat paste actually is that they use.

I watched something a while back that indicated they added quick oats to the meat which affects the consistency.  I have not tried it at home yet to confirm.

I didn't make it to the beer garden.  We got hung up in the paking lot and barely made it into our seats before kick.

One of my friends has a 182 and when I have to make a tour to look at projects, I call him up and use his time machine.  One day I had to visit potential projects in Springdale and Fort Smith, AR.  We left Augusta at around 8, visited both sites, had BBQ in Fort Smith, and were back in Augusta by about 3 or so.  It was fantastic.

Just come in on Friday night and party rock up until gametime.  Boom...problem solved.

You guys are going to lose your crap when they finally let him fling it all over the yard.  I fully expect to see him throw substantially more on Saturday.  I'm guessing the Toads are going to sell out to stop the QB run which should present some nice throwing oportunities. :emawkid:

« on: October 17, 2023, 08:23:58 AM »
The couple that opened and closed my pool broke up. The lady did all the scheduling and the guy did all the field work. The lady is no longer in pools at all, still has the old company cell phone, won’t share their prebooked appointments with the guy(still trying to run that biz), and won’t give out his phone number.

We scheduled an Oct 15 close date back in may. Now, I am looking at other options.

On a scale of Will Howard to Avery Johnson, how much success should I expect if I try to close my own pool?

In ground

In Kansas

Vinyl liner.

Anyone have a good feel for this?

Google that crap and get it done.

It was already -7 last night and I grabbed it.  May grab a little more of the Cats later in the week...we'll see where the line goes and what kind of spicy player props come up.

I came back in over the top on Stanford in the 4th and got +1100 ML on them.  Life is good.
