Whether he is Arnold or not, those scenes with Dolores could have happened in the past. We have no idea when anything with Bernard happened. Have to go back and piece together who else was in each scene (assuming they are not robots too).

OK, so we saw a scene where Bernard was teleconferencing with his ex-wife. Was that all in his head?

I thought Ford was building a replacement Teresa, but the preview for next week looked like the Corporate lady and Ford are looking at Teresa's dead body.

I assume he's on a sort of loop but has a lot more freedom to deviate within the loop.

Part of his loop is talking to his wife, but this only serves to hide his identity from co workers.

I thought so but the preview for next week looked like Ford & the Corporate lady looking at a dead Theresa, so now I am not sure.
