I mean that isn't the coaches fault, they can't make them, not that they wanted to anyway.

Well I agree that he couldn't make them get it but I disagree that he isn't without fault.

Well I agree that he couldn't make them get it but I disagree that he isn't without fault.

If he can't force them to get it, what fault does he bear?

He treated it like a political issue, for starters. I'm sure he has influence over many things surrounding the program that he may not have explicit control over.

Yeah responding to a vaccination question with “not getting into political issues” is a real red flag. I mean especially when the easy answer is you aren’t going to get into medical decisions.

They played yesterday without them right? I haven’t looked too much into it. Is this contact tracing issue? Test them all, if 9 aren’t positive, play the game. Could you imagine playing this much baseball & your season ends because of this?

Especially given that no one knows "those are the rules whether we like them or not" better than coaches.

They played yesterday pending testing results, the possibility existed that they could get players back or lose more. I'm guessing they had some positive tests that resulted in more contact tracing.

The NCAA logic is LOL’able. Every team should be tested. But as far as I’ve seen. All they have to do is say they’re vaccinated and they’re good.

On top of playing the game yesterday with a full stadium.

One dude on ESPN radio said it was 4 vaccinated players who tested positive.

Vandy claims to be all vaccinated. So they’re not even testing them even though every one of them could be infected.

That’s what I’ve read so far. Lot of confusion.

Wasn't it the county that told NCSU to kick rocks? The NCAA has been very consistent in letting the host county enforce their own COVID policies. It was Marion County Indiana that booted VCU from the basketball tournament
