Gill will have KU hovering around bowl contention 5-7 to 7-5 year after year. He won't elevate KU into a top 25 team and he won't bury them either. They will settle into, "ho-hum Hawk football is ok" mode and Gill will stick around for a good 10 years or so. Especially if the new regime that comes in after Lew is gone puts football back on the back-burner.

Football was put on the back burner the second they hired Gill.

I hope your right but that roster is so devoid of talent (that hasn't been arrested0 they are in for a real tough haul.
