Did my first project on my recently bought house today. Installed shelves in my garage to store things on! :D

Also climbed up on the roof to trim some tree branches that may have run into the roof soon. Now I have no way of disposing of all of these stupid limbs. :frown:

i got brown out drunk and burned like a years worth of downed limbs in my fire pit last saturday before watching candyman with stevesie and live blogging it.  mentioned it to a coworker and he couldn't believe I did that.  is it frowned upon or something?

you can't legally have a big bonfire whenever you want in most urban areas.  can't own a raccoon either.

Went in my house today. It's probably 95% complete and we'll probably move in by the end of August.

The master closet is big enough to accommodate a bounce house.

wasn't Tobias burning "yard waste"?

I think you're reading it wrong. The barrels are for trash

In my backyard in Michigan, you could burn whenever you wanted, but the flames had to be less than six feet tall.

The small town I grew up in Kansas had "burn days" in the fall that were supposed to generally for burning leaves. The bay area has "spare the air" days where you can't even use a fireplace or charcoal grill.

I'm guessing it's usually banned our regulated by local law.

Which gets me wondering, where do people generally find obscure laws like this? Like my goofy neighbor told me the six foot flame thing, I never attempted to verify it in any way.

I burn the branches/twigs in a chiminea.  Even put two birds' nests in there.

I spent my Sunday afternoon building an entertainment center from a box.  I bought it at some Nebraska Furniture Mart knock-off for like five hundo.  Every damn time I go to put one of those beasts together the little wrench they give you sucks beyond all sucking.  None of my drill bits fit the bolts so had to hand crank each screw.  My hand was freaking raw after 4 hours of screwing (insert masturbation quip here).  Had a real sweet swell going, but didn't catch any action from the gf.  Advice: buy an entertainment center that is already built.

Or buy a smart tv and mount it on the wall with a soundbar. No furniture needed. Stream all of your content.
