man. is there a more annoying poster than asava? serious question. is there? not on all message boards everywhere. just this one.

i like asa a lot.  since i'm very easily annoyed, i'm almost certain he's not annoying at all.  kinda shocking that you'd be so wrong about something so important, since i also like you a lot.

oh no. trust me, he's annoying. every post is like a ninth grade honor student that just read catcher in the rye for the first time. thanks but no thanks.

gonna be honest. no one in this thread has mentioned anything that qualifies as actual camping.

wow, what a dickhead

not my problem that a bunch of noobs wanna talk about driving up to a camping spot, unloading a cooler of beer and chowin down on hot dogs while admiring the fact that they are "roughin it."

hey man some people do LCD Soundsystem camping. some people do Carly Rae camping. some people do GG Allin camping. It's still "ACTUAL CAMPING" ya know?
GG Allin camping sounds scary as hell

You should try it "Naked and Afraid" style and show up to work on Monday without showering to tell the tale.  :D

it is a weird purchase and i'm not entirely sure i even want it. but it looked kind of cool and plus i could use it to cook a frozen pizza while i'm camping/roughing it if i wanted to.

Souffle!  No idea if that is how you spell it.  Maybe a nice vegan casserole.  When I think of camping, I think of vegan casserole.

So you have to put that thing on a Coleman camp stove? So assuming you have the camp stove then you should keep it, I guess.

Yeah, you answered your own question here.

I'm afraid there is a reason no one has ever heard of this thing.

I am not a camping expert but I cannot imagine hauling something that unnecessary to a camp site.  If you plan on parking where you camp then its not a big deal.

my thoughts on this thing...1)it collapses so it is only big when you want it big. 2)also really good reviews...3)i might never use it but i also might!

don't do a dutch oven either.  don't do a stove either. the shits too heavy.   cook your food in the fire, either in the can it comes in, on a stick, or in an aluminum foil pouch.
