These are awesome.  They are great to use when making sandos.

Fajitas:

-Layer guac and sour cream onto the tortilla and spread
-Add Steak & Chicken
-Add rice
-Add salsa
-Add chz
-Add hot sauce

i am appalled at the number of people that dont like guac, i eat it on burgers, 'ritos, 'acos, 'jitas, with chips, by itself, sandwiches, and probably other stuff too :lick:

Put Suran wrap right on top of the guacamole. All of the way on the guacamole and right up the sides of the bowl and over the lip. Then put a lid on that bowl. Don't let air touch the guacamole whilst in storage. I've kept it in the fridge for 3-4 days that way.

this is pretty accurate. I have made some 8 avocado batches that were too much for one setting, but usually shat ever I serve is gonzo.

are we talking about lunch and dinner leaving it, or dinner then dinner type of days?  single day 2 meal guac is acceptable in my book, over 24 hours tho is pushing it
