I'm minding my own business, watching some film, trying to get ready. Trying to get out here and be the best lime I can be. And I look up and read some bulljunk from meow meow that he done said about us. Once again, why would you wanna talk about us when we don't talk to nobody? All we do is go out here, work out butts off, and make key lime pies on Saturday. But when they give us ammunition, they done messed around and made it what? Personal. Like at first I was like “oh, maybe they’re using Mexican/central American key limes, and that’s understandable bc not everybody has a Lime Guy in Florida. But no, these mfrs deadass using Persian limes. Persian lime pie (still looks great and would devour, great job on the PLP ‘pclms!)

Been hitting the redneck enchiladas lately. Man, these things are great. Incredibly easy to make and delicious. I bake for 25 minutes. Then do the 5 minute cheese melt. My oven needed a little extra time.
