If the dislocation is less than 2 mm, the fracture can be managed with casting for six weeks.[12] The patient's injured limb cannot bear weight during this period. For severe Lisfranc injuries, open reduction with internal fixation (ORIF) and temporary screw or Kirschner wire (K-wire) fixation is the treatment of choice.[13] The foot cannot be allowed to bear weight for a minimum of six weeks. Partial weight-bearing may then begin, with full weight bearing after an additional several weeks, depending on the specific injury. K-wires are typically removed after six weeks, before weight bearing, while screws are often removed after 12 weeks. [crap]

I have no connection to Fitz and have no idea what he's saying. I'm going off what I've been told by better sources.

My comment was about Fitz going on about somthing locked up, etc. I expect only Dean, the coaching staff and doctors know for sure and they seem to be keeping the exact nature of the problem pretty closely. Probably an irritation of the pin in his foot that he played through last year during the Big 12 season. Or somthing similar.
... Did he get caught smoking drugs and this is all just a cover?

Left and why would he give max effort through a walk through the day before the game?
I'm prepared to watch a Deanless or severely limited Dean squad take on Kentucky.....and you should be too.
