1 - roasted this turkey breast last week for bulk turkey. bought it after thanksgiving when they are cheaper than free. (have to hack down my deep freeze contents)
2 - toasted the bread
3 - onions sliced from last weekends tailgate
4 - make night before and wrap in foil to preserve flavor in fridge
5 - mayo and mustard (not a hack, just common sense)
be sure to include that slice of artisan swisse cheese
