You're right, but I think most people Frank's action made Frank and Miami look like the jackasses in the situation, not KSU.

Welcome to the anti-Frank bandwagon, guys. For the record, I'd rather have Currie than Frank. My biggest worry is it soothes over Curries appetite for a new major coaching hire and Bill gets to die on the sidelines.

This thread needs another good PI'ng from MIR to get cac back on track.

And the "coaching carousel" is absolutely entertaining. But hey, let's pretend we will enjoy watching JO and Nick play something resembling basketball.

I won't even waste anyones time destroying your assessment of Frank. The fact that you don't understand that fiscally responsible ADs are a dime a dozen tells us all we need to know about you. John Currie is an accountant who answers powertards emails.Rusty & chum are puttin in work, no need for me to PI anyone.

Love Frank.
There was a story a couple years ago about Frank that mentioned his son from his first marriage visiting during Christmas vacation and how badly Frank felt when he had to send him home to Miami, in part because of his relationship his own father. Thought at the time, Frank would do anything to get back there.

"Son. This is why we are wildcats. Hard work, pride, the heart of this country. And if that's not enough for you, you can just move to California with your punk friends."

A few couches set on fire.nice workAlso, I can't quite figure out why (other than KITN) people are so convinced that Currie's hire after Frank (whether it's not or 3 years from now) will be a shitty one. What possible evidence is there of that? I mean, I'm not saying he's gonna knock it out of the park, but we have no evidence either way. Literally...none. Does this all just stem from the KITNphobia?
imo, the fact this is dragging on and Miami's public targets are Derek Jeter and the dude who invented Facebook, is making this situation worse.
Quote from: catzacker on April 17, 2011, 05:20:13 PMlike, imo, whether frank was or wasn't lobbying for the job is irrelevant. what's relevant is that a large percentage of the fan base thinks he was/is. Do the really think this? And a large percentage of them? I agree with whoever said earlier that hardly anyone is paying any attention to this.
