Fun fact about ms. dobber and GBC: She is from the PNW region of KS, there is a family out there that thinks they invented GBC, so they call it Swartzs Family Casserole.
Also, there is no such thing as corn casserole. It is baked corn, and my mom would mush your faces with her baked corn, however, we don't think my mom created the dish so we have elected to not name it after her and try to convince everyone that she invented it.
