yeah, eat stop eat by Brad Pilon

Yeah check out this guy. He's pretty much the authority on this argument. The whole idea of fasting is a calorie deficit. The cool thing about his fasting program is that it doesn't have to be all day. You could stop eating at 7 on tuesday then eat again at 7 on wed. It just has to be 24 hours. But the day before you fast you can eat almost whatever you want.

*loud, angry yelling*   wish we were the crazy oil rich country.  how does it drop 2 cents one day and raise 12 cents the next?  when 10 years ago it wouldn't move more than 1 cent every 2 months

The reason it changed so much was because recently crude oil was hovering at a little above 105. There was a temporary drop after the Japan quake things went down but crazyness in the middle east with Gaddafi and other recent uprising is caused a spike up above 108. June crude is above 109 right now so expect to pay above $3.75 next month.

This means I'll pay about $37.50 for gasoline next month instead of $32.00 this month (I'm just guessing here. I don't even know how much gas costs right now.) I think I'll manage.

When I went by the pump it this morning it was around $3.60. The real problem I am seeing is July sweet crude oil is at 109.82. That could equate to almost $4 a gallon. The thing you're not thinking about is cost of living. Just because you won't pay much for more car for your gas doesn't mean you won't pay more for other things(Food, electricity, anything that requires fuel to be delivered or made).

It doesn't help food prices when on top of things we are using our food supplies in a futile effort to create fuel. Don't get me started on that but overall it goes back to what people have been saying, our dependence on foreign oil is killing us. We either have to start drilling off the coast or find an alternative fuel source. Perferably one that won't jack up food prices.

Have you ever tried waking up and drinking a glass of water?  Gets your metabolism going and starts freshing up your brain. Then take a shower or go for a quick walk and make some breakfast. Also don't say you don't have time to make breakfast. I hate when people say that. You only have to wake up like 15 or 20 mins earlier.

I used to hate the morning could sleep till noon easily. Started waking up at 6:30 for work and now I naturally wakeup on weekends at 7:30 or 8:00.

I tried to get up in the morning to lift weights for a few days. I would end up laying with my eyes close on the bench in my basement for like a half an hour.

What about 5 hour energy? If I took it right when I got up how long would it take to kick in? I don't like the idea of taking it forever but maybe if I took it for a few weeks I could slowly ween myself off of it and not need it anymore. Wow, interesting idea.

I guess you don't have to workout or walk per say. Just go out side. The sun or the cold would wake you up a bit. I would'nt make youself get up just to work out. Most people convince themselves it's not worth going even if it's at night. Couldn't imagine what it's like trying to tell yourself to go when you half asleep.

I guess a 5 hour energy would work. You just have to wake up and do something for a few months until you just naturally wake up at that time. I wake up 5 mins before my 6:30 alarm every day. Of course I go to sleep at 10:30 so it's enough rest. One thing about morning people like Steve Dave said is they go to sleep fairly early. I think most people can be morning people if they just get 7-8 hours of sleep.

I go through complete Burt's Bees pomegranate tubes(?) all the time. I've tried to ween myself off, but can't. Hate all the chemically based ones.

Burt's Bees FTW!!11!!1!

This. With Clove Oil. Your lips feel like they are in Heaven after you put it on.

Sprads is a nice complimentary point guard, but I think we've seen enough to know he's not Pullen or Clemente.  We need either a top flight transfer or Angel to be the guy to fill that role for us, because I don't see it on the roster.  That's not to say it won't happen, because if one thing has been consistent is that Frank finds a way to address needs.

He's not Pullen or Clemente, but I think he can put up numbers similar to Pullen's sophomore season next year. He just won't get them the same way Pullen did, just like Pullen didn't put up numbers the same way Clemente did. chum has a great point - every FM team has been wildly different, but have all been pretty successful.

I could not care less about "leadership".

This. It's like when people say McGruds has to step up and be the next Pullen the styles just aren't comparable. I'm sure Frank will have to tweek the offense again to make adjustments for the abilities we will have. Much like the "run and gun" style that Clemente could lead had to be modified once Clemente left.

I just see us with an offense that is more half court based with much more ball movement trying to find the open man.

Oh my God! Utah St. has the most classless fans I've ever dealt with! I will never cheer for them again as long as I'm watching college basketball!!

Seriously! Wonder what's got their magical underwear in a bunch?

Where did the souls of everyone who was born before Jesus died on the cross go?

Some people were deemed holy and rightous in the eyes of God. Look it at Job.

Also they made sacrifices. There was a way to be forgiven. But there was a guilty conscious problem. People still felt guilty. Jesus cleaned the conscious as well as the slate. Then gave someone something to strive for.

How did Jesus do this?

They used to go off of sacrifices. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. The end all sacrifice in God's eyes.

But people were still their depressed, no real point to life selves with nothing to use as a guide to life. All they had to think about was what terrible people they were or how low they were in everyone else's eyes.

Look at Mary Magdaline when she met Jesus she just thought she was a terrible person. Jesus basically said by dying on a cross that no matter what you did, you're worth something. I'm dying for you as proof. Follow me and my example and now you also have a purpose.

Dorky? I always thought it was fine to wear one to a game but when I see some 40 year old guy wearing one just out and about, especially with some 25 year old guys name on it, I always thought that was dorky? I am now confused. Never thought it was a big deal since it doesn't have any name on the back.

Can goEMAW help me with this like they did on twitter selecting the right tie for an interview? (Which got me the job by the way)  :gocho: I trust your fashion sense.

You would think the fat girls at KU would realize not to wear such tight shirts. It's not rocket science.

Mario brought his finest pair of cargos.

Cargo pants? Really? Please tell me those aren't tennis shoes too. This isn't a back yard bbq it's a funeral.

I'm sure TRobs mothers last request was to make sure there were as many cameras as possible there too. KU you make me sick.

25
This poor 9 year old girl has had KU cameras in her face since the second her poor mother died.  When Clent's mom died we gave him his space and let him stay away from the team with his relatives as long as he needed.   :horrorsurprise:

This is clearly a PR stunt to try to impress the country and make them forget about the numerous NCAA violations and out right law breaking from Little dating back to J.R. Giddens. 10 years from now this poor girl will be on an Inside Edition episode telling everyone how KU has now left her homeless and spent her "fund" on players, hookers and new toupee for Bill.
