how would I get mushrooms and assurance they are safe in NYC assuming I know no one?

I have a pretty strict don't meet internet people policy but I prob know some of you anyway. I think we should set up a mushroom hangout.

for sure but I get the feeling mushrooms can be a very intense intimate experience and like you can just walk away from a tailgate party without drinking if it sucks

I’ve been doing the Stamnet’s Stack for micro dosing.

~.3-.5g of psilocybin
100mg of niacin
500mg of lion’s mane

You do it 4 days a week, then take three off.

Some of my doses have prob been too big and closer to low doses which did produce minimal noticeable effects. Micros aren’t supposed to be felt consciously.

Did a low dose prob 1-1.5g. Wow, that’s a sweet spot. I’d def p&l/P66 on that amount. I couldn’t really trip (3.5g or more) in either of those environments. Too overwhelming.
