Roster management in the current game is very interesting

I think there is merit to what Cal has suggested at Arkansas

a full roster may not be beneficial, spend your NIL in places that are retainable/beneficial and get your scout looks from support staff

bring in former players with experience, maturity, and perspective to have around your guys to fill that role
