I always wondered how celebrities' drug dealers work. Do they only deal to celebrities? Or are they a guy on the street who randomly gets a visit from Phillip Seymour Hoffman? Does he always go to the same one?

OK, I will admit that if I am on/near my death bed, and/or in soul crushing pain, I would do the crap out of heroin (preferably) or some other opiate that is readily available.
