I probably won't go, but I hope a lot of people in purple do. The practice will help for next year but if Bill's history tells us anything, we lose the game.
You could very well be correct. Bill admitted long ago that the extra practices brought on by bowl games focus on preparing younger players for the next season, although the starters still get plenty of reps. He's all about putting greater emphasis on regular season games than on the bowl games.
Being a young team, wouldn't a lot of those "prepare for next season" reps go to starters?
I wish bowl games didn't count for those redshirting. I'd like to see Thompson sling the ball.
