I don't think us suing ESPN is really going to diminish our next broadcast deal. I think ESPN is a business (not a person), and that business is still very hungry for watchable live content. Biz is biz. Dudes in charge come and go, biz goes on.
Plus, there are other streaming and/or TV providers who will jump in.
Suing ESPN doesn't really change much in my opinion, other than lessen our chances of getting mumped on exit fees by UT and Texas, and increase our chances of getting full money through 2025 when the current deal ends. Win win, IMO. Sue them to the moon.
