Everyone understands “Blue Lives Matter” is just a counter protest to BLM. Plenty of conservatives (including Ted Cruz) are mourning the officer and condemning the “terrorists” but yeah, using different words.

My understanding is that he got bonked on the head, finished his shift, went back to HQ, and then collapsed. From CNN, fwiw. If that's accurate, I don't think the video would quench your thirst to witness his eyes grow wide.
