That looks delicious.  I never order cheese pizza but sometimes mrs. dave has some leftover cheese pizza that I eat and I like it.  If there is a pepperoni or sausage or something on the menu I can't not order it.  I just can't.

Theirs is pretty good when I'm in the mood for KC pizza.  That's the best way for me to describe Minsky's...very KC.  That's not a bad thing, just my best descriptor for it.

i never order sausage, it does nothing for me other than remind me i'm eating overly processed meat, loaded with salt and formed from cuts i would ordinarily never think of putting down my gullet.  pepperoni, i like it.  it just seems like every single pepperoni or sausage pizza i've ever had has been the exact same pizza.

imo, a cheese pizza lets you really know how good the quality of pie is that you're eating.  those other toppings just get in the way and cloud the real issue at hand.

True and def agreed, but I think you can get away with 1 topping, as long as they don't load the f'n pie down with 1 single topping, I hate that.

I hate thick, chewy crusted pizza that isn't intentionally thick crust.  Like, if I know I'm going to eat a chicago style pizza I can deal with it.  But, if I order a regular pizza from some place and it is all chewy and thick crusted I get grossed out.

Also, really really hate, when I am in any city that has multiple, locally owned/non-chain pizza places, and people order Pizza hut or papa johns. gmafb. Then they order "thin crust".  GOD DAMNIT

The nice thing about that cheese pizza is they used soft, fresh mozzarella, not destroying it with an overload of the cheese stuff.

On the same token, hate thin crust that is like a cracker crust, crispy throughout.  That is dogshit.  (thinking pizza hut thin crust here, a sicilian style I can deal with)

i have a real problem with non-mozzerella being used but have come to accept that most places are too cheap and want to do like a 75% mozz, 15% prov, 10% chedder type bullshit cheese mix.

imo, get that crap out of here.  if you can't afford to put good cheese on your pizza, then shut the doors and go eat a hot bag of dicks.  this is my one main complaint about spin pizza, they mix their cheeses and the crap becomes too damn salty because of it.  so i order mozzerella only and the pie comes out with tiny, quarter sized specs of cheese.

not sure i agree with that.  the grease from the fresh mozzerella mixing with the sweetness of the san marzano tomatoes is something to behold.  it's when you get the load of grease from all the meats, that's when things get fux0red up.
