You should def eff a 15-year-old that you think is of consenting age and refract with your non-criminal indecent liberties charge. Frankly, unless you're also at least 16 and also still in high school ('clams, etc.), from just a human non-lawyer perspective, I'd recommend not rough ridin' even those 16 and 17 year old minors.eff, I better clarify again that the 'clams reference above is a joke about posts on gE and that I don't recommend that 'clams eff high school upperclassmen (or upperclasswomen!).And that last (or upperclasswomen!) is also a refernce to past gE jokes. There's only 30 or so of you people that I keep straight as distinct people. Is ednksu the one who kept calling cops killing black people "clean kills" or "clean shoots" or the one who doesn't think Jake Pullen's jersey should be retired or neither or both?

This heinous crime is tearing this board apart. I think edn should just admit he mistakenly used the phrase "age of consent" instead of saying it's only "statutory rape" if the age is under 14.The point being that if a 16 year old was raped in this case, it was definitely non-consensual.
KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
Quote from: ednksu on February 02, 2017, 05:49:45 PMFun fact, the age of consent in Kansas is 14. If you're hooking up with someone under 16 you get charged with other crimes then statutory rape, like indecent liberties with a minor. No, the age of consent is 16. That's why such a "hookup" is a crime. Under 14 is even more heinous.

"He just traveled again" - Fran F*ckfaceSaturday at 10:36 PM (30 votes)I didn't read the game thread, so I don't know if anyone discussed this elsewhere, but I've listened to Fran for the last time. That whole rant he had about how Svi just traveled (against KSU) and how he thought he "took 3 steps" on that play today against ISU (he absolutely did NOT) followed by "he just traveled again...he shuffled his feet" (he absolutely did NOT - he had a solid pivot foot down)....man, I don't know what to think. Then he screamed "Yes!" on one of those late-game ISU 3's that were huge. Never heard him (admittedly, I didn't listen to him the whole game) say anything from our perspective. It's always, "If I'm Iowa State here, I want Morris with the ball....all ISU has to do here is...look what happened there and how ISU made a mistake to allow KU to score that bucket...bla bla bla."What a tool...he doesn't even try to hide it anymore. Even when he's saying that Frank should be NPOY, it doesn't sound like he's impressed and likes him...only that one is obligated to give it to him right now. Basically, resignation.**** that guy.
i think it comes down to how much they let Johnson for kstate get away with playing football.
I predict that K-State fans will embarrass themselves on national television. Besides that, I don't really know. We will probably play a fair amount of zone due to fatigue, trying to limit their guards from penetrating, and/or foul trouble. Self didn't play it against ISU because the traditional thinking is that it's harder to guard outside shooters from a zone, but as much as we get beaten off the dribble, thereby forcing help off of shooters, I think we can guard the 3 just as well from a zone. I don't think we played it in the first game against KSU, and they scored at will.If KSU is hot shooting over the zone, we are in trouble. If they shoot like Baylor and Kentucky did against it (made some, but not hot), we will probably win a close one. If they shoot horribly, we will win by double digits.
