i heard it came out on some streaming service last week but I didn’t subscribe to it, hopefully it hits a larger service soon

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Civil war is fine, kind of boring.

I did like how they framed what the war was about and it took a while to get there.

Have not seen, but what lead up to California and Texas somehow being aligned?

The president was a fascist who was on his third term and conducted drone strikes against US citizens. I think they used those two states in an attempt to make the movie apolitical.

I watched Civil War over the weekend.  I agree parts of the movie were probably done in a certain way to seem apolitical as possible.  So yeah go see this in theaters or save your money and watch the IRL civil war after the election!

I had fun watching this one.  Very, very campy, but fun.

I enjoyed the part at the end with the factoid about the Post lady starting Mar-A-Lago followed with "(this is actually true)", was a fun little film!

Yeah, it was a fun, stupid little romp (and of the appropriate length).

Dune part 2 - pretty good. Pretty much any scene with draxx felt really out of place though. 6/7
