I just don't feel like we're having a high success rate with JUCO kids these days. I'd rather we just develop them in our system for five years.I think that makes sense. Our strength seems to be developing players and the worthwhile jucos are being recruited by other schools now anyways. The SEC has started going hard after JUCO's. So far, 8 of the Top 10 and 12 of the Top 15 are all committed to SEC schools. Even a lot of Pac 12 heavyweights are really making headway there. USC, UCLA, ASU, Arizona, etc. It's a thing now. And it's not just the very top kids. The whole Top 50 is getting picked over.

Bentonville stud QB Kasey Ford just verbally committed to KSU to play baseball.
If it were up to me, Wintz would be on a fan scholarship, full ride.
Aren't there rules against taking a scholarship in another sport and walking on in football?

the commitment that OU just picked up is their 5th DB commitment for this class, increasing our chances with patterson.
