My gym is doing Murph Saturday. Should I skip? I feel like I should skip.

I did that one year. 1 mile run 50 pullups 100 pushups 150 air squats mile run or do it by yourself that way.
we did cindy yesterday.... which makes me remember how much murph is going to blow

non CFer here. Never heard of Murph before. Do you do that all in order (i.e. must complete all pull-ups before starting pushups, etc.) or mix it up however?I’ve unknowingly been doing a distance runner’s lite-Murph... 1 mile, 10/10/10 pull/push/squat, repeat 4-5 times.

I did Murph with ring rows and no vest. Split 20 rounds of 5 pushups, 5 ring rows, 5 pushups, 15 air squats. Did it in 49 minutes and it wasn't that bad honestly, mostly because I don't do proper pushups the whole time.
