nothing worse than your place smelling like great food,

great breakfast food doesn't smell so great in small spaces...and I'd much rather be served food vs. having to do it myself.

two pros of cooking breakfast at home:

1. its the best
2. when you realize you were too hungover to eat after all and you hurl that BSG you aren't hurling it in public.

Plus after you finish eating you can head right to the couch in your boxers to watch football.

I'm incredibly picky about my biscuits.  This is the closest I could find for how i will eat them.

All others, no way.

Making it at home means you can make it exactly how you want it.  I mean, you can take the little things you like about three or four different restaurants' breakfast and merge them into one super breakfast perfectly for yourself.  When it's dishes time, you can tell someone else to do them since you made breakfast.  You don't have to wait in a crowded waiting room with a bunch of ppl that haven't showered and think it's fine to wear rough ridin' pajamas in public, and you pay like 1/3rd of the cost of the restaurant.

It is about as win/win as it gets.

Even time wise, you spend a lot less time just making it than you would to get to the restaurant, wait to be seated, ordering, and waiting on food.

One should never eat a biscuit dry, dude. It's meant to be paired with something (i.e. butter, jam, gravy, etc.).

like, people sell them in certain configurations that don't seem correct (i.e, not soaked in gravy)

If any of you are by a Ginger Sue's, she/they make the best biscuit I've ever had.

There was just a B&G discussion here at my work (I didn't even initiate it). Two people I work with do not like B&G. WTF kind of freaks am I working with?

Biscuits should only be eaten under sausage gravy, or a bunch of real butter and clover honey.  I mean, its not uncommon for food to have certain limits.  Its like cereal and milk vs any other liquid.

Strawberry jam (homemade by 8manmom, of course) or Apple butter are perfectly acceptable too

I would not openly mock someone for that, but would assume they either don't know about the two options noted above, or have some food allergies.
