Defiance isn't even the best brewery in their town.

Nice. I had a few of the contract brewers figured out, but cool to see where they all come from. Some of the beer at TJ's is really bad, but their annual vintage is actually fantastic.

I always do the build your own six packs at trader Joe's and I think I'll try some of their own soon. I didn't realize Firestone folks did their mission street.

Anything west of Salina.

Also I had a Tommy Knocker Legend Olde Oaked Brown Ale and it was delicious.

They should do this like how Dogfish Head does the 60, 75, 90, and 120 minute IPA

the hyvee by my house didn't have any 16 bit  :frown: they are very craft beer'centric. have like 1,400 types at any one time. going to the omaha beer centric shop tomorrow to see if they have it. MH, do you know if it's made it this far north yet?

So after about 3 weeks in Canada, so far the best beers I've had are Saskatoon Brewery's Dark Berry, and their Chocolate Porter. Another solid beer I've has is Red Racer Pale Ale. Other than that most Canadain beers are pretty meh, for example Alexander Kieth's IPA is the least hoppy IPA I've ever had, and can confirmed by two other coworkers that is has like zero hop flavor in it. Really most Canadian beers reflect Canada itself, pretty plain, not exceptional, sort of solid but really, nothing special. Like, it's all just overall bland and not bold. Will report back if I actually find something worth while (and I've probably connoisseured about 15 beers so far).

Came back from Colorado with various beers from: Epic, Black Shirt, Upslope, Oskar Blues, and Renegade.

Wish I would have bought a 6 pack of the Graham Cracker Porter at Denver Beer Co.  :lick:

Tallgrass has been in Illinois for a while now. What city and state are you in?

Louisville KY. Closest outlet has been STL. Need to see if someone in Mt. Vernon is stocking. Wouldn't be too far when I'm in Evansville IN.

Had some delicious sours last night at the Flying Saucer. Two from Crooked Stave and one from a Belgian brewery whose name escapes me. I love sours.

I feel like I've reported 8Bit cans and drafts in Chicago multiple times
