As someone who spent a lot of time in a fast food kitchen (about 2 months in a Sonic during the summer of 2006), that looks exactly like I'd expect the mcrib process to look.

I wonder what people thought it looked like?

I've never worked fast food and that's pretty much what I expected. I guess I wouldn't have been surprised if they skipped the grill and went straight to the oven/warmer.

Damn, now I'm getting a hankering for one; and a few years ago the last time I had one, I swore I'll never eat that gelatin pork smothered in sauce with pickles and raw onion chunks. It left a nasty taste in my mouth for quite a while.

I've been on a pretty strict diet lately and feeling good. My mom tried to completely ruin this by sending her usual box of sugary Halloween crap. So, in order to both not give away 100% of her thoughtfulness and also not go too overboard on calories, my entire dinner last night was like 4 cookies, 1 brownie, and a few assorted chocolate candies.
