Just a thought here. This is starting to smell like a Knight gets the nod because he has gone to TT and not thrown any chairs lately.  This could also be the price of admission to the big XII for Huggins. The message says . Be good llike Bobby and you will get the obvious nod in the future.

Bobby Knight tennured good boy  is rewarded and Huggins you have to under stand  who's in charge here!  If the jayhawk fit wear it! :twobirds: :twobirds:

I'm not gonna hate on Bob K. on this one.  He talked us up about as much as an opposing coach can and the older I get the better I understand old coach Knight.  He's a Machiavellian style coach but in the end his players respect and adore him.  He's doing something right and he's got our coach's back and in a strange way I feel reassured by that.

That point can always been made. But  the point could be made that we had a new head coach with a new program. It took the team a while to adjust and going foreward we improved dramaticly and finished the year very strong. The NCAA say they give more credit for late season wins. Frankly, I believe the NCAA group buckled to the pressure to admit more mid undeserving majors. We are now a two tiered tournement. Political correctness has crept in. I mean look at the seeding! LOL ku plays bupkis u? Why what a waste of 40 minutes!

I totally agree that Bob Knight had our backs. I love Bobby Knight. I'm doggin the Big XII . It's my opinion that the Big XII should've had 5 teams. Both KSU and TT were capable of winning perhaps two games in the tourney. KSU finished ahead of TT and got punished for it.  :beerchug: Like it or not the NCAA is no longer about being the best it's now become a case of deserving because they tried harder than ever when it comes to most of the mid majors!
