Colorado is just a year removed from winning the Big 12 North in football and a couple of years removed from playing in the NCAA tournament in basketball.  I'm not seeing how kicking them out right now for a tiny school like tcu is in the best interest of the league.

I say we kick out Colorado and replace them with Colorado State.  That way we keep the Denver TV market.  Problem solved!  I'm serious now as I particularly hate CU.
