Not that I expect Fatima to see this post or anything, but...I'd imagine that Salina would be another good place to look for a job in healthcare.  Salina's healthcare workforce is very, very large for a town its size, and it's only slightly farther from Manhattan than Topeka is.

Not true TTown! You know there is alot of money and nice houses out North AND South of town! And everything in West Topeka is either nice, or very liveable.

North of Topeka. Sure, I would move half way across the nation to live next to a school that was named Seaman. North Topeka really doesn't have a lot of money as you claim. I grew up in Meriden and went to school at Jeff West. So basically, I can speak for NORTH Topeka. Its not much (unless you are looking for some open country)

LOL, yes. Seaman Vikings! Thanks for insulting me. I grew up in Topeka & now I live in the North. Have you actually looked around here, or been here for a while? It is growing, and growing, and some of these houses out here are BEAUTIFUL and HUGE. Take a gander around sometime. There IS money out North!   :P

About once or twice a month I come home to help out on the family farm. I think the drive through the slums of North Topeka does not encourage anyone to live near it. The area is in need or development, and not in the form of WalMarts. If your gonna work on the south side of the river, might as well live on that side.

You must "really" know Topeka very well.  Unless you are talking about WAY South. Saul, thank you. I see you live here, so you "know" what I'm talking about. And it ain't about fricken Walmart! :P
