Almost a match-up zone with Clent in the middle and our big guy on the baseline.  Allowed Clent to use his intelligence to defend a bunch of different spots on the floor while still giving us some size on the back end and the wings.  Great movement out of it, though ku got a few shots out of it.  The problem was we couldn't stop Collins in it, but this was still better than trying to play man.  Sure, Collins beat us a bunch, but there are about 8 guys in the nation that can guard him, and he hit some "unguardable" shots as well.  Still, I thought the tweaks were nice, especially to defend ku, but this is something that might come in handy in our last 3 games.  Gives us another option to throw at teams and for teams to prep for.

Collins is a pro.  He should leave.

I'm interested to see how Collins responds when a team actually fouls him like they mean it.  I'd like to see what happens after he gets his head knocked off on one of those spin moves in the paint.

It would surprise me if this rattled him. He's pretty strong.

nice post fan.  thanks for sharing the insight.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Someone really needed to hack him right between the shoulder and the neck when he did those reverses, give him a stinger.
