We just fired our dip@#%$ a couple of months back. And it's never been greater to work here. Our dip@#%$ was known as Debbi. I would walk into work every morning and stare into that vacant smile on her face and consider suicide. There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't have some dramatic break down and start crying accusing everyone that talked to her that we were all out to get her. Yet she just kept coming back to work and even acted as though she enjoyed her job.
List of stupid @#%$ Debbi did: For reference, I'm a Customer Relations Director at a car dealership.
1. Was given keys to a car and a 30 day tag and was told to get her customer's car ready for delivery.... Debbi's response: "What are 30 day keys?
2. Successfully flushed 2 keys plus the door locks remote down a toilet.
3. Dented a brand new $32,000 car by trying to display to her customer how dent resistant they were with her fist.
Those are just a couple that come to mind, she was constantly doing stupid @#%$ and asking stupid questions that people that worked here for 2 days could answer.... Questions like how to turn on the radio in our small sedan; What the FWD stood for on our Front wheel drive vehicles; Asking me if I saw that she got a perfect survey moments after I printed and handed it to her; Explaining to her customer that the car she was selling was "maintenance free" for 100,000 miles.... But what she meant to say was: the car had a steel timing chain and 100,000 mile spark plugs.
On top of all of that stupidity, she couldn't be trusted. She would steal other people’s customers any chance she got, and was once caught hiding a fellow employee's Monte Blonc Pen in the back of a car because she didn't like her... (Monte Blonc is a $100 pen we give to a salesperson when they reach master's status) But worst of all, she was a huge OU fan. She even married some 3rd string loser that used to play for OU. I thank god every day that I don't work with her anymore and pity the people forced to spend time with that waste of space human being.
