You couldn't even get McDermott.
And even if you got Huggins, you'd have to win the big 12 more than half the time and go to the ncaa tournament for 17 years straight to be even comparable to ku. So... I don't think ku basketball has much to worry about.
if huggins stayed long enough he'd accomplish those things. the guy has a much better record of accomplishments than self and frankly is a better coach. self gets outcoached way more often than than he outcoaches anyone. ku will never sniff a final 4 under self.
most of that is roy williams accomplishments...dont forget that. self=zero final 4s in his career. self=first ku coach to lose 2 straight first rounders.
Bill Self is the Big 12 coach of the year. I'm sure he got that from being a bad coach. Self went to the elite eight his first year here. One game away from a final four. I'm sure you'll be seeing ku in the final four in the next few years.
And Huggins won't accomplish what ku has done. There is no reason to believe he can do that at Kansas State except your own blind belief.
You've got a ways to go.
He went to the elite 8 then went two straight years without a victory in the NCAA Tourney. The NCAA Tourney, you'll remember, is meaningless. And you were second in the Big 12 regular season, since the tie breaker went to Texas, although in this case, tie-breakers work against your previous arguments about tie-breakers.
In essence, the trend is simple. Self is going down. Huggins will reign supreme at KSU.
Continue denial, flailing, and up in arms, nervous posting.
