-Most WBB fans don't care about MBB. This is because MBB is dominated by black athletes. WBB still has enough crackers to appeal to old people and pre-teenage girls, two groups known for their ardent racism.

Didn't one of the WBB players in an interview say something like......"look just a bunch of us white girls out winnings games".......or something like that last year. Appears Majrlie(?sp) was a help last year and they don't appear to be getting it done this year as well with her out.

Agree the locals like cheering for there small town kind.....can't bring themselves to outwardly cheer for a for the black male......

A couple of guys who liked WBB are John Wooden and Jack Hartman.  Both said that the concepts of team play were more evident there than in the men's game.  (In other words what you call "athleticism" others call "showboating")

You can't be racist and like basketball.

What you call "showboating", others call "scoring".

I don't get the dislike a lot of people have for offense that wasn't featured prominently in Hoosiers.  The fact is, a lot of male athletes can create better opportunities to score in one-on-one situations than can be gained in running a strict offense all game.

Just because there aren't six passes before every shot doesn't mean that you can't have a higher probability of scoring with smart one-on-one moves.

    Not A Basketball Player
John Wooden also said that Dunking was the worst thing ever to happen to college basketball.

our women's team blows at FT.

Waks still discussing women's basketball.
I said that I like root for them. I just said I can't stand watching it and I don't like it near as much as football or basketball (unlike you). You never answered my question on where we rank as far as attendance figures goes..

Which board will have more traffic at KSF:  MBB or WBB?

The irony in this statement and the fact that YOU, a non-WBB fan would take the TIME to respond to it is amazing.

I like WBB okay.  I just don't have enough time on my hands to actually watch it.  I do have a minute to poke fun at KSF using topics about which people are overly sensitive.  The most important point here, though, is that I wasn't talking about WBB.  So, I wasn't really being ironic.

    Gettin' angried up!!!
Guess the Shockers have fallen so far that their fanbase is now reduced to arguing about WBB.  Which is very sad considering the fact that their women's team has even fewer Valley wins than the dudes.  (How is that even possible?)

It's what you get when you shoot your mouth off at the beginning of a long season about being a Top 10 team then free falling to third in the state.  Gonna be sad when your own women's team makes you fourth.

It doesn't take very long to respond to a post.  This one actually took me about 15 seconds.

Wow, you just don't get it. You turds are trying to insult me (and the entire Shocker fanbase) by saying that I've been reduced to arguing about WBB. Which is funny, considering 95% of the posts made in this thread are by KSU fans.

When did WSU become a MBB school?  It's cool though, cause those Albrightville t-shirts are gonna look sweet!
