has to sit a year. i believe he could have played if he has transferred last spring.

if you are speaking of practice (which the spring game is)  he has been doing that all fall.

if you are speaking of games he will be eligible to take the field next fall.

 I was actually talking to an O-lineman today about Bryce.  He said Arthur is a stud but Bryce has a bad attitude. He said they are two different personalities.  He thinks Demarcus Robinson will be the starting RB next year.
