Dunno. Walked by a classroom in Seaton on Friday and saw him sitting at a desk near the door.

I talked to Lamark today.  He said he's taking classes this semester, but he will leave after the school year.

He thought he was going to be in a Josh Freeman-type passing offense when he got here.  He was unhappy with being a run blocker.

Obviously a gigantic FP.  How many options does he even have?  Transfer, sit out a year, and play one year with another D1 team or transfer to a FCS team and play one year immediately. (Unless, of course, he will graduate in May.)   Makes zero sense for him to leave at this point.  MAYBE, just MAYBE, if he could catch a damn we'd throw the damn ball to him once in awhile.  Lamark Brown= giant douchebag.

He's not a good enough WR to be in a passing type of offense.  A passing type of offense wants WR's that can get open and catch the ball.

Good WR's can put up numbers in Snyder's offense and get drafted we've seen it in the past.  In the Josh Freeman offense Lamark was a running back who stood straight up ran soft and got about a yard per carry.

No kidding.  Darnell McDonald, Quincy Morgan, James Terry all got 1,000+ yards in a season.  The problem is LaMark, not the system.

Course, those guys didn't have Gregory "throwing" the ball to them.

Got this confirmed today from a player and they are fed up with Lamark's back and forth crap. They are all ready to move on without him, coaches what him back because he's athletic.  He wants to be "the guy" and he's not so he is quiting.....again.

Quitting if you can't be "the guy" is just the type of selfless behavior that pro teams are begging for.

Someone should tell him that
1. The Chiefs aren't in Kansas.
2. He is probably only good enough to play FOR the Chiefs.

Things that we have learned since the season ended:

1. Brandon Banks is a little punk bitch (being arrested for hitting GF, calling out Snyder in his facebook status, and hating Kansas).

2. Joshua Moore won't do sh1t in the NFL for 2-3 years.

Lamark Brown has always been the perfect message board hero....huge hype, tremendous physical stature, and lots of off-field drama.  Always hoped he could pull it together and be the All-American linebacker / running back / wide-out we all dreamed about.  If he's gone this time, I wish him the best of luck and thank him for his contributions in keeping hope alive... :bye: :bye:
