the address is the UofG in Athens. 
this site has been registered since Oct. 8, 2009.  This is somebody outside the ku community, probably someone here or from tiger land.

I bet they went to ku undergrad b/c they are from KS but then got then headed to UGA for grad school because ku's grad schools are absolute jokes.
