if it is this sudden after the last game he was job hunting since Prince left. Call Rod Cole now.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Why would he quit a job at a BCS school to go to a crap hole like Appalachian State?    :pirate:

Because he's likely worn out his welcome at the major conference level . . . he got run out of Pitt by the Stache, and I don't think his style was to OB's liking either.

Gone

Good.

We lack muscle definition almost across the board.

LaMark is on his own unique routine for Poets and Warriors.

Kent was told to stay away from him.

Dom is also a member of the program.

Didn't believe in roids is my guess.  Snyder couldn't have that.

Apparently he's going home because of family issues. I've also heard that DCVK might be considering leaving because of Snyder's work schedules. :ohno: Of course I've also heard that he'll be a HC in 3 years (maybe here?)!

    The EMAWdyssey
I worked with Cole for a year and have witnessed his workouts for years and I must say that he gets the teams crazy strong! I didnt always agree with some o thef protocols that he used, but in the end we were very strong and very physical!.... plus, he is EMAW to the bone!

Heard from a former player he had all the O-Linemen on diets and restricted their junk food so they could be more trim and lien.  Then when Snyd's got here, he was all WTF?!? linemen are supposed to be big, and turned the free vending machine back on.  If this is true, I guess you could call it a difference in philosophy.

I don't know if anyone noticed [and they certainly didn't change the weight of the players on the online roster] but our O-Linemen were a lot bigger this year than last, and it's mostly the same guys.  Fatter legs, arses, belly's, etc.

<<<still thinks the "thin and lean" prince philosophy was complete genius.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Kent's days were numbered from the get go.  One assistant coach was all 'WTF' after arriving at Vanier when he learned of the lifting program for his position.  He implemented his own S&C program for his position and it sounds like he told Kent to stay away.

Kent must have changed his ways enough to last through the season, because it wasn't looking good for him to even make it into last summer as the S&C coach.

Just another example that Prince had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He did the opposite of what you should do to be successful at the BCS level in every aspect of the program except for recruiting Josh Freeman and placing an emphasis on special teams. Outside of those two things I can't think of anything he did well to make KSU a competitive Big 12 program. What a complete disaster of a hire that was.
Show me defense.
