Well, if you look at Terry Allen's first year, he was basically in the same exact situation as "Scary" Allen is, then proceeded to finish the year at 5-6.

No..no they weren't.. ku ..after 9 games in 1996 was 4-5 with a 63-7 loss to the Huskers thrown in there...... and two other blowout losses if you consider losing by 21+ a blowout loss. ku's average margin of defeat was 21 points among their seven losses.

and Terry Allen's first team was coming off a bowl year.

Mangino..in his FIFTH year is 4-5. Maybe you'd like to compare Mark Mangino with Terry Allen. They are the ones with the same record after nine games.

Any other brilliant comparisons?

how bout their weight..How much did T. Allen weigh?

No comparison....Terry Allen used Grinnin' Glen's players in that first year....and Grinnin' Glen could get players.

Prince is playing with a group of players that haven't lived up to potential in any way....

Dude, Terry Allen's first season was in 1997.

Little details.... :jerkoff:
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Are we sure about that?  Maybe most of 'em just aren't that good.

They've got to make themselves feel better.

I don't know that we're sure....

But we had the hype machine telling us they were good.  We had the man telling us they were good when he left.  It's quite possible they're not that good.  But they've not lived up to their potential as it's been described.
