Sitting in the Nostrils of the Katpaks to watch the games will be priced at a premium level no doubt.

Seriously ... I've heard the Athletic Department was considering building Condo's somewhere around the Sports Complex ... so the "tower" just might be the condos.  You might be able to buy a condo that overlooks the stadium, and connects to Bramlage.

That would be silly.  Anyone who hasn't bought a duplex @ Colbert, one of the Highrises in Aggieville, the new ones 400 yards from the stadium is not Russian oil baron rich enough to plop down enough for a highrise over the stadium.

This sounds like "string-tie roof Olympic Stadium Montreal"-ish.

I think it would be pretty sweet.  I'll bet there's still plenty of money out there for a project like this to sell out pretty quickly.

Which part?  People already spend an ungodly amount just to park close to the game.  Can you imagine how much cash someone would shell out to freaking roll out of bed and into the stadium?

I think you severely underestimate the amount of KSU grads with high amounts of disposable income.  Selling 30 or so units, even at 500k wouldn't be a huge stretch.

I know of a couple KSU grads that could afford something like that easily...if I know a couple, there would be plenty of potential buyers.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

There's 12-14 groups waiting for skyboxes, there's a waiting list to get the courtside seats in Bramlage at $4,200 a pop, and they wouldn't be putting suites in Bramlage next year if they didn't already have them pretty much sold.   So selling condos isn't that far out of the question.  It was just an idea they were bouncing around.

Here's what I understand will be done for sure as far as facilities go by next year.  Suites in Bramlage, overhaul of of the lower stadium bowl, replacing the wooden bleachers and replacing the steel railings on the field level and putting in a decorative limestone wall.

The expansion of Westside of Bramlage, overhaul of the West Concourse of the football stadium and practice b-ball gym may happen by next year ... but likely won't be started until next year sometime.

A whole stadium full of chairbacks would be nice. Alternating purple and white.

I'm quite interested to see what they come up with to expand the west side of Bramlage.  Everything I've heard about it is encouraging...and much needed (in terms of the ticket offices, a HOF, etc..)...
