Meh, I usually just take off my shoe and "jingle" that.  Produces just about the same amount of noise (zero decibels).

Don't know when this started, but never understood what in the hell this was supposed to do.  Absolutely worthless as far as motivating the team or firing up the crowd.  Jingling keys???  C'mon folks...time to put this stupid display to bed.

FWIW I have memories of key jingling from about 1996 or so. Agreed that it doesn't really give off much in the way of bada$$ vibe.

Obviously a status thing.

And status is relative - if the Squawks did key jingle, they'd be using the keys to daddy's Beemer, vs EMAWs jingling our truck keys.

Hey guys I just thought of something that would be awesome instead of key jinlging.  What if everyone who is parking in the east and west lots pushed the panic button on there car key chain before Kick off.  All the horns in the lot are honking that would be awesome.  I don't know if the remote is good enough for that but that would be awesome,  ha ha he he awesome yeah.

I know we were loud, but I'm concerned with the overall direction of KSU fans, specifically the recent downward spiral of the student section over the Prince years.  there is no reason for it.  We were known as a very smart section, but not now.  

At least we know how to spell
