It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    Gettin' angried up!!!
New players from one of the worst recruitng classes in the country.  Dudes done a pretty impressive job.  Notice how quiet the diehard, hardline talent over coaching crowd has been.

Um...I'll still take a talent upgrade as well. My hopes for this team are higher than competing in a terrible terrible division.

Of course we all want better recruiting classes.  Hopefully one that includes a QB.

where was the "coaching" vs. LaLa?  Or TT?  I mean, gmafb.  Snyder has done a good job, don't get me wrong, but how much "better" of a job is he doing with Terrance Cain at QB?  Or Denard Robinson at QB?

Also, we haven't beat a single good team.  Settle down folks.

    Hey, basketball!!!
All of the teams that we have beaten in the Big XII so far have the talent to win games vs. teams that have more talent then them. ISU over NU in Lincoln, TAMU over TT in Lubbock, and CU over ku in Boulder.

It's not like all of our three Big XII wins were against cupcakes. :shy:

+1 The thing people forget all too often is these are 18, 19, 20 year old kids that don't know how to play football when they come out of high school. You ask just about any kid that has talent enough to play at the Div-IA level and they'll tell you when they got to college, they didn't know the first thing about how to play college ball.

If you have a coach that knows what he's doing, has a system, and knows how to coach these kids on the fundamentals, even if it is sh*t talent, you've already won half the battle.

The talent will come, folks. Just keep winning and the rest will take care of itself.

The difference with Snyder is that his teams continue to improve.  Many teams after losing to a program like Lafayette or the bad loss in Lubbock would have quit.  This team has not given up and continues to improve.  I'm not saying we're going to win the Big 12, getting to a bowl would be huge for the program and recruiting, but I like that they continue to improve.  I'm glad to see Snyds back on the sidelines! :kstatriot:

Tech was a wreck and I put it down as one of those games.  I actually gave Snyd's kudos for his work on LaLa.  I think he put that team in the absolute best position to win when they were not the best team on the field.

I really love how even-keeled this board is......never too high, never too low.    ;)

EMAW is running high.........but remember we have yet to beat a real quality team.  All B12 wins are good, and all wins over aTm and CU are great, but it's still possible we finish 5-7 (certainly better than I would have predicted).  I just hope we are competitive in the remaining games...... :piratecaptain:
