VST: Vehicle style (This one shows it to be a registered as a "utility" (same as SUV)
VTP: Vehicle type (This one shows as a passenger car)
VIN: Vehicle Identification Number
VSTS: Vehicle status (Shows it is currently registered for operation in Kansas)
DCL: The number on the year decal on the plate
VEW: Vehicle empty weight
TRKCLS: Truck class
WIPSTS: No freaking clue
TTL: Title number
TISDT: Date title was granted
TTYP: Title type
TSTS: Title status
