Can any smartypants decipher what the abbreviated bold letters in the top half of the photo stand for?

Let's see if I can decipher them for you:

LIC: License plate number
LIT: License type (Standard on this one)
ADT: Last time it registration was renewed (8-28-2008)
LIM: Month the tag expires (September)
LIY: Year the tag expires (2009)
RST: Restrictions (Current/No problem, expired, suspended, cancelled)
VYR: Vehicle year of manufacture (1997)
VMA: Vehicle's manufacturer (Chevy)
VMO: Vehicle model (Tahoe)
VST: Vehicle style (This one shows it to be a registered as a "utility" (same as SUV)
VTP: Vehicle type (This one shows as a passenger car)
VIN: Vehicle Identification Number
VSTS: Vehicle status (Shows it is currently registered for operation in Kansas)
DCL: The number on the year decal on the plate
VEW: Vehicle empty weight
TRKCLS: Truck class
WIPSTS: No freaking clue
TTL: Title number
TISDT: Date title was granted
TTYP: Title type
TSTS: Title status

The rest is self explanatory, or should be
