Dillard's is currently hiring sales and non-sales associates for it's October hiring class.  The pay is competitive, and there is significant oppurtunity for pay-raises and advancement with the company.  Starting pay can be above $10/hour and several sales associates are making well over $15/hour after their raises.  The company believes in promotion from within, as eight of the last nine managers to be hired, including me, were already with the company.  If you are interested or know anyone who may be, the best way to get more information is to come into the store and head to the customer service desk.  I'm the dock manager, so tell them that you'd like to speak to me, and after a quick chat, I can set you up with an interview, have you fill out an application, have you speak with a sales or store manager, or whatever we determine is the next logical step.  If you have any questions for me, you can post them here.

Go Cats!

    I survived the Dickey/Parrish era.
Sounds as if you are pimping for an employee referral bonus.  Are you willing to split that 50/50 if I'm hired?

i would have killed for a job at dillards when i was in mhk.  jobs are scarce for the collegian.  then i found a bartending gig and the rest was history.   :barman: :jeffy:

I'm the dock manager, so tell them that you'd like to speak to me, and after a quick chat, I can set you up with an interview.

When I come in should I ask for the dock manager or smurfinator6

Ask for the dock manager.  I'm also known as Nightwolf, but let's just stick with dock manager for the time being.  I work Wednesday through Saturday this week, and I'll be there until six every evening.
