Apple cinnamon or Cinnamon and spice?

Apple cinnamon is delicious. I usually buy the variety packs and eat the brown sugar and apple cinnamon first. Cinnamon and spice is my least favorite but still ok I guess.

My favorite thing to do with oatmeal, is to put too much water in there, and he it up only about halfway.  It's kind of soupy, but the flavor is outstanding.

While Oat-style-meal is good,
I prefer Malt-o-Meal: King of the Hot Breakfasts.

In second place is grits (no instant).

ALSO

my least fave thing to do with oatmeal is to add it ground beef when I am poor.

my second fave (besides eating it of course lol!) is colloidal oatmeal bath

Is that a nipple, or a big bullet hole? Tia.

good stuff. hot breakfast? I've always wondered how MHK lodging is.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

If you take protein and get sick of always having shakes... mix it in w/ oatmeal and its fantastic... esp. combos like cinnamon oats/cinnamon bun protein or maple b sug oats/caramel candy bar protein
