ULL update: Their starting RB from week 1 could be limited/questionable to play b/c of a deep thigh bruise.

I love the smell of peat in the evening.  That smell, you know that earthy smell...  Smells like...whisky !

You're probably right on or I probably agree with you. The only reason I picked that is because 27-17 sounds more like a football score than 30-20!

    I survived the Dickey/Parrish era.
EMAW  32
LAL       9

Special teams come up big.
1) Punt return for TD.
2) Average field position after KO -- KSU 42.

Special teams continue to suck.
1) Extra point after first TD blocked.
2) Field goal attempt just prior to half wide left, knocking the corner pylon from it's footings.

*GG has two 2nd-half TD's; both throwing, albeit underhand tosses.

I'd much rather have a 69 year old coach than one that weighs 400+ pounds.

Louisiana has no timeouts, 17 seconds and three chances at the end zone.

38-34, K-State.

I'm not sure who told you guys the UL was any good at all, but they lied to you.  We are not good but they are really really bad.  Cats continue to look ugly but still win 34-17.

I am not certain if I am in the right place for inviting any K State fans coming to Lafayette for the game to come and visit the Krewe de Chew.  I can assure you that you will be treated as a long lost friend.  Visit our website, http://www.krewe de chew. net,to see what is on the game menu, view some pics of our game against Southern U this past weekend.  The website provides an aerial map of our tailgating location, which is located across the street from the baseball stadium, and abuts the west side of the maintenance building.

Looking forward to seeing K State fans enjoying our food, fun and hospitality.  Oh by the way leave the La La in Manhattan.  Sounds too much like another university with a cat mascot located to East of us In Baton Rouge.  I know you have more class than those sewer rats.  ;).

Don't forget to include the ass-whooping we're going to receive in the list of things that will make it along night.  That and the fact that the teams will be playing in Louisiana, the butthole of America.  Long night indeed.

Sagarin thinks that UMass is nine points better that ULaLa on a neutral field, FWIW...

Tricky spot, but I think we win another "ugly game".
