I just wanted to let you know that my dad is very close to filing a lawsuit against you and your board for defamation of character, among other possible torts.  If you don't want to face a lawsuit, I suggest you take down that "bmw" thread and take my little "news" slogan off of the board.  If you have any questions, I'm sure my father would be happy to answer them for you.

I got some stemming from the whole "Lemmy the Rapist" episode.  Dude threatened lawsuits and a beating.  Actually gave me a number to reach him at, (presumably for my beating) but the number ended up being Lemmy's.  Hilarious stuff really.  Too bad I deleted them.

jate, so did I. Which of course makes sense given that I was the one who posted the info. I too received some threatening PMs including a phone no. and so to finish what I started I called. Was interesting but now my soul is also clean.

For good karma I ordered some 'za from him as we had a spirited discussion about who made the best. I had to test it out.

Bottom line.. to me, removing the picture is merely because of the sexual inferences drawn by it.. I have to draw the line on that picture.. but I don't want him to use that against you because it could be defamation, and I can't protect you from that.
