    Gettin' angried up!!!
Minnesota.  Got a bunch of family up there and actually lived there for several years.  Plus, I like the maroon and gold for some reason.

Have to agree w/ SD.  You should have a little bit of state pride and root for ku whenever they aren't playing us.  We have to rise above our petty differences and keep in mind a bigger picture.  The other 49 states all have greater respect for us when there are two good teams from little ol' Kansas.  I'm just positive that most ku fans have a little closet EMAW in them, but are just a little scared to admit it sometimes.

Yeah, me too.  Also-  Sometimes, when there isn't a Catholic service going on, I like to worship me some Satan.

Interesting statistic:  In 1995, both ku and K-State finished the season with a top-10 ranked football team.  The population of Kansas (per the 2000 census) is 2,688,418 people which ranks 32nd of the 50 states.  That is a per-capita rate of one top-ten finish for every 1,344,209 people which to my knowledge is an all-time record.  No state with a population less than 1,344,209 has ever had a top-10 finishing team (Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Montana, Delaware, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, Vermont, Wyoming), and any state with three top-10 finishing teams is way bigger than 4,032,627.  So the way to look at it is that the state of Kansas is the all-time winner because our two schools teamed up that year to make history......

Florida State 'cause the wifey went there.

Air Force 'cause of the beautiful triple option, gorgeous setting (a cu selling point) and the sweet Charger-like unis.

Once upon a time it was UNC -- kinda dug how they get to treat ku as little brother and piss their fans off, and their unis are always pretty friggin' sweet.  :skillz:

Roy Williams ruined it all for me.  :'(

Aw crap.  Well at least we had the record for 11 years.  Idaho had a population of 1,293,953 in 2000, so they only win by 50,256.  Maybe we can retake the lead next year if Idaho grows at a faster rate than Kansas.  Or maybe if Wichita State gets a team again in the near future, we can go for the trifecta!  Just kidding.  Actually, Colorado State is my second favorite team.  Was pissed when they beat us in hoops, though.
