15th school (LSU, Boston College, Ohio State, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan State, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Texas, UCLA and Notre Dame) to have hosted College GameDay for both basketball and football events.

The official line to cutoff the truly elite sports schools from the wannabe's is drawn directly under these 15.  How's the weather down there losers?

We won't be breaking the Gameday attendance record if Syracuse has hosted it before.

yup. need to start pushing this hard.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Bring your chickens!
Have to think we're responsible for this.
Someone needs to PM Tony Mitchell.

+1 on the chickens.  We've got a small window here.  PETA will be focused on canvasing Philly for the better part of '09-10.  No better time to parade some half dead farm stock on national television.

Who does Frank need to contact about getting Tony Mitchell's mom courtside seats?  Krause?  Ronnie Chalmers?

chicken people, start planning now.  get a couple young birds and put them in training.  take them uptop a hill and throw them down 2-3 times/day so they know what they're doing on gameday.  you can't just pull a used up hen out of a cage the day before the game and expect it to perform like a champion.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

If you're counting total games that we were in for a College Gameday game don't forget Norman in 2001 & Austin in 2003.
