Todd Reesing is enjoying the Power & Light district

So I've got the whole story covering the picture of Reesing in the P&L parking garage.  I saw him that day.  It was middle of July I believe and we go down to this pool that is downtown by P&L called "The Jones".  It's on the 6th floor roof-top above the new Constantino's price chopper.  Me and my friends get there around noon but it's not open yet.  There are 2 really drunk guys waiting to get in making total asses of themselves.  They are just mubmling and stumbling around.  They are both midgets so not really any harm being done.  One is dresses in light blue running shorts, flight glasses, and a star-spangled windbreaker.  My girl is like-what a bunch of F..ing g.wads.  So, we go in and I me and my buds keep seeing these idiots all day.  The one in the windbreaker is the drunkest person there by far.  I keep telling em'.  Fellas I know that idiot from somewhere and then it hits me.  It Todd freeking Reesing.  Being the KStater I am, I cannot help myself.  At this point, he is wabbling around, can barely open his eyes, and is smoking a swisher-sweet.  I go up and say, "Hey Todd, better be careful there's a lot of cameras out here", to which he replies in typical arrogant ku fashion, "What are they gonna do, not start me?"  I said, tell ya what, "let's get a shot."  We head up to the bar at the pool, mind you he using using the bar at this point at a crutch.  I precede to buy him a shot and as he chugs it down I said, "In Aggiville, we call this a purple hooter, go cats, good luck this year bud."  I guess the rest of the story goes that he did precede to go out into the parking garage below and pass out where the attendant found him.  I had a ton of pics on my phone I saved just for this week and lost the SOB and pics a couple weeks ago.  Dude likes to party though!  They list him at 5"11 205 is the funniest crap I've heard.  Maybe 5'9", 165 max.  Go Cats!
